    Hi all

Fred - I'm still decorating, I spent 4 hours yesterday and 4 hours today painting. Also, can you put me down as a STS again please.

Hope everyone's having a good week.

Great news on the pump Lolly, heard they can make a real difference. We fight tooth and nail to make sure our kids are getting the proper treatment :)

Had a good day diet wise, but only managed half a km yesterday and 0 today. I did walk albeit slowly the length of the main street though :rotfl: Knees have been killing me since I over did it the other day.

Bendy was in a strop today, I made her walk the length of the main street too, so by the time we got back to the car, she was ripping the braces off for a good old rub.

We'll get there eventually getting the mix right that's right for us

    This morning's weight, 66.9 kg. That's - 0.3 kg from a week ago.

Just had breakfast: eggy-onion which is scrambled eggs, 2 for each of us, with chopped onion and a spoonful of creme fraiche. Lovely!

    Going to aqua-aerobics, 3 x this week = 45 mins x 3. Total: 2 1/4 hours.

    Morning all,

I was working flat out last week, and didn't get a chance to post. I had a gain after several road trips out and eating rubbish food, which had resulted in a small gain of a few lbs (4-5) - oh how fast it can go back on again, eh?

Back on track for the past few days, and glad to say I'm back to losing again, so pleased to say it's a -5lb loss this week.

Fred, that ultimately makes my total loss about the same, as I'd not had a chance to let you know about the gain last week.

lolly - great news about your son getting his pump. It must be a huge relief for you.

mazza - well done to you and bendy

margaretclare - good to see the numbers shifting downwards again for you

Good luck to everyone else with WI today. Off for a day in the kitchen again now....

Well it has been ages! June appeared to be a very busy month so sorry i didn't make it on at all to log exercise (i meant to but just didn't seem to get a chance!) !st weigh in this week for i guess it must be 3 weeks (missed my Slimming world group coz i was so busy for past few weeks!)

Anyway Welcome to all the new people and well done everyone else!

Somehow i managed to get a loss of -3lb even with birthdays, anniversaries, bbq's meals out etc! I am worried it will wait a couple weeks and catch me by surprise when i have been really good (It has done that in the past!)

Fred I would love to be added to all three challenges this month! 5lb Challenge, I will go for the full triathalon please, Just as well aim high! and Team Wenlock. If you need current weight let me know and i will send you a message!

    Exercise since sunday!

    Sunday was about 2hours walking,
    Monday 20min walk,
    Tuesday (yesterday) 1hour walking
Today/Wednesday so far I have completed level 1 of the 30 Day Shred workout DVD, My slimming world group keep raving about so thought i would try it and wow!

Again really sorry I didn't check in before now, I meant to but things just kept getting in the way!
