Exercise today was for 2 hours. Walking to a few different places, then cross trainer, treadmill and a spin class. The space between my legs is extremely sore (rubbed raw and bled during the class due to the seat not agreeing with my weight & build) and I won't be doing a spin class again. I hope that I'll be able to walk tomorrow!0
