Thanks Beanielou, had a lovely meal, I was driving, so saved calories by not having wine...and promptly used them on some scrummy tiramisu for pudding!!

Well done Durham_mim, so pleased its starting to go well for you.
Tupperware_Queen: WOW on all that exercise! You must live at the gym.
I've got another 1 hour exercise to add please. Did my toning DVD again yesterday plus a few extra leg exercises and sit-ups to round it up to an hour.
Day off the regime today - cooked a lovely roast for mum and family and treated myself to some cheesecake - back on the soup and ricecakes tomorrow!0 -
Can I please join? I haven't had time to read through this entire thread, so forgive me if I'm a bit clueless about some things!
I'll only be weighing every three months officially because this is when I can get my health check done at my gym. I just had one last Friday and weighed 120 kg (264 pounds). I will post my exercise times though, and hopefully this will encourage me to work out more and longer.
So far, I've been doing a 45 minute aqua aerobics class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm going to start doing a cycle class on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and take Sundays off (or take Saturday off if DH and I go into town and do the cycle class on Sunday instead).
I've been checked out by my gp and at the gym. Everything is normal except for my BMI (I'm 5 ft 3 inches), so I want to get that down into the normal range. Highest 'normal' BMI weight for me is 140, so that's my final goal. If I go a bit lower, yay! If not, I still will make it to that.
Thanks!0 -
Welcome Mrs T M to our lovely thread.
That sounds like a lot of excercise to me.
Keep posting!
