    Hi all

Fred - STS for me this week please.

No actual exercise to report, although I had a busy weekend packing, unpacking, cleaning and hanging curtains - I came home for a rest!

I'm quite pleased to report in with a STS as after forgetting to do it on Wednesday I weighed myself a day late last week, and I'd gained 4lbs, so my busy weekend seems to have burnt it off! :D

Well done efrieze - that's a great total loss, how much more do you want to lose?

Good luck to everyone still to weigh in.

    69.5 kg today.

This is the 2nd post-op week following reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction). I haven't been able to do any exercise because I was ordered to 'rest, rest, rest' to allow healing to take place. Everything is now healing up beautifully and there will be hardly any scarring ultimately.

Although I had 850g removed from each side, total 1.700 kg, I don't actually weigh any less than before surgery. I realise that there's still swelling and fluid retention and that this will subside over time. But still..?

  • 1lb off for me this week. Very pleased with that as I've had 2 meals out this week. 30 mins exercise to add to the challenge, I did a 20 minute walk yesterday instead of getting the bus and 5 mins of sit-up/press-up etc yesterday and today. Hoping to manage the shred DVD again tonight as my legs are finally almost pain free!
  • Bit of a tough week for me, been on call for work, so didn't get to the gym on Sat/Sun or Monday - I really missed it!

But made it to Zumba last night, and did a bit of weights too, so that's an hour and a half towards the challenage please Fred, and my weight this week, a disappointing, but understandable, only 1/2 lb loss

Planning for a better week without the on call phone next week!!

    - 2lbs off since last Wednesday.

For the exercise challenge = 4 hours.

Just including the exercise bike for this. (However, will keep using the outdoor bike and do bits of gardening. Next week have an unavoidable appointment which will involve quite a long walk too).
