Another STS, and been to the dietician, seems I'm not eating enough and letting myself go too hungry which is slowing my metabolism down or something :o

So be having more fruit as from next week as snacks :)

    Here's this weeks chart:

Congrats to our SoTW Nicky Noo Na and our SoTM Tupperware_Queen.

Well done to all our losers and STSers, and commiserations to our gainers. Next week takes us to March - time to turn a new leaf to look fab this season.

Well done to Nicky Noo Na for completing the 5lb challenge this month. If you want to join the 5lb challenge next month please post below.

Here's the final chart for this months team challenge:

Sadly all teams gained weight this month, so the winners are the "What Valentie?" who only gained 0.09% over the month.

Next months teams will be Shamrocks and Dragons. If you wish to take part please post below.

Here's the latest charts for the exercise challenge:

I will add any exercise logged tomorrow and post the final charts next week.

Next months challenge will be to exercise for the same time it takes to travel from Cardiff to Dublin which is 7hrs 20 mins to celebrate the patron saint days from Wales and Ireland.

If you wish to take part please post below and let me know how many hours you will be aiming for.

Love this weeks quote Fred :)

Well done to Nicky No Na and Tupperware Queen :T:T:T

Well Feb has been a terrible month for me weight and exercise wise, will be glad to see the back of it. Spring is on the way and everything seems a little bit easier when the sun shines, so hopefully March will be a better month (as long as I can resist the lure of the Easter Eggs!!)

Fred, will you put me down for the 5lb challenge, the Shamrock Team and 2 trips to Dublin (14hrs 40 min)
  • Wow, can't believe I'm SOTM!!! Great stuff, and well done Nicky on SOTW.

I am going to go for it this month, I am fairly sure, if I keep up my current regime I can do 4 x trip to Dublin - well I can try anyhow! Can I be a dragon team member too please?

Thanks once again for the chart Fred xxx

  • Wow, SOTW - I feel very impressed with myself. Well done to everyone else who managed a loss this month.

Can I be part of the dragons team and do one trip to Dublin please? I won't aim for the 5lb challenge as I only have 3lb to go until my target and then intending to aim for maintenance.....

Thanks again Fredsnail for all your hard work doing the charts and looking after us!:T:T

I will hopefully be turning over a new leaf in March and getting back on track.

Can you please put me down for 8 hours, the 5lb challange (although I am going for 10lb to hopefully lose the 5lb gain from February!) and the Dragons team. Thank you.:)

Just a thought, have you cut out / reduced your coffee / tea or carbonated drinks intake? If so you could just be after a caffiene fix, that or you just love chocolate ;)

omg! I have, i transfered myself to decaf earl grey! I think i'm getting used to it because i'm on day 1.5 of not eating chocolate.

  • 1st of March, and even though I was a bit unwell in the night, I have done body balance, zumba and swimming, so that's 1 3/4 hours exercise today :j

Hi all. Back from India and had a lovely time. Lost around 5lbs while I was away too - I ate normally but in smaller quantities plus I don't love curry so that helped! Wanted to declare it now so that I can report weekly movement next week. Well done to all the losers and keep going the rest of you. Total loss now 40.2lbs please Fred.
