I'm hoping the york betty's will be a lot better! I didn't give up anything for lent either. I should have done chocolate but i know that is so unrealistic for me. I've been having it every day at the moment, so i need to break the habit!

Beanie - Your inbox is still full! Thank you for the yoga mat, that is so kind of you. Its being used, but i need the courage to take it to an actual class now instead of in my living room watching youtube yoga videos!!
  • I'm not doing the steps challenge, but took the kids to the space centre in Leicester today and climbed all 144 steps up the tower....and I was still breathing at the top!!

Well done to the "what valentine?" team who've won this week, however as things stand all teams have gained overall this month - will any one of them be able to turn a corner and lose?

Well done TQ. Sorry, I forgot to weigh in. Been a rather rubbish day here, so will catch up next week. Can't get into this at all but seeing the dietician next wednesday. Hopefully she'll have some ideas to kick start things.
