STS for me this week. Not impressed as I've eaten properly and have been exercising tooI'm now doing 10 mins power plate, 5 mins heavy weights, and at least 5 songs on Just Dance every day. More snow here today so will probably get a lot more walking in too. Hopefully it won't last long though as it takes forever to get things done! :mad:

Wow I am SOTW - it might even have been worth being ill
Completed my third week of the 5:2 diet. It definitely gets easier and you do begin to get used to feeling hungry. I think you need to be careful not to become obsessed though, found myself thinking yesterday of fitting in an extra days fasting this week :eek: Gave myself a good talking to and will not be doing that.
