    Hi a -2lb loss for me this week plus 17 miles over the week walking everywhere. If i can keep this up it would be great :)

    Hi Guys,

    STS for me this week. Not impressed as I've eaten properly and have been exercising too :( I'm now doing 10 mins power plate, 5 mins heavy weights, and at least 5 songs on Just Dance every day. More snow here today so will probably get a lot more walking in too. Hopefully it won't last long though as it takes forever to get things done! :mad:

    Wow I am SOTW - it might even have been worth being ill :)

    Completed my third week of the 5:2 diet. It definitely gets easier and you do begin to get used to feeling hungry. I think you need to be careful not to become obsessed though, found myself thinking yesterday of fitting in an extra days fasting this week :eek: Gave myself a good talking to and will not be doing that.

    1% challenge - 7% paid off.
    DFD @ 31.07.13 is April 2017 (45 months to go!)
