Well I have come down with the lurgy as well, so no real exercise for the last few days. Also my knee is feeling a bit dodgy this morning - not sure why as I haven't done anything to damage it??

On a more positive not I have completed my second week on the 5:2 diet. Found this week a bit easier and have noticed that on the days when I am not fasting I am eating more sensibly. Just hoping it shows on the scales this week.

Still have the lurgy and beginning to feel sorry for myself :o

Going to do a fast day today as I don't really feel like eating anyway. I was going to do it tomorrow but then remembered it was pancake Tuesday - yum! I have put a load of veg and some curry powder in the slow cooker which will hopefully provide me with lots of vitamins and kill off some germs.

Is anyone planning to give anything up for Lent?

omg! I really want to go, especially for holi and my boyfriend is a prem rawat fan so we will probably team up the events if we can. How long are you there for? Tell us all about it when you get back please!!

Off to Kerela region for 2 weeks on Wednesday. Business Class flights (free on points of course, MSE:money:) and booked directly with a man in India (saved about half the cost, MSE :money:). Can't wait. DH's 40th birthday trip. :T

Another 2.2lbs loss this week please Fred. My target was 2 stone by time I flew to India and I have reached just short of 2.5 stone so happy with that.

    See you in March!
  • 2lbs off for me today! Very happy with that since I'm managed zero excercise while I've been ill. Weighed in a day early as we're having scrummy pancakes for tea and I'm having a night off the diet!

Enjoy the holdifay efrieze and well done on the weight loss!
