Vix - It is difficult not wanting to constantly nibble when you're a baker. I love licking the bowl, and the temptation to just save a spoonful of mix is soooooo hard.
However I get to a point where I just get sick of the sight of cake, especially when I've been super busy. The problem is, I have a savoury tooth, more than a sweet one, so it's crisps, and especially bread that I've been stuffing my face with.
As for the lady garden, I saw an online article yesterday about reclaiming your rights to have one, and a suggestion to do some topairy to make it a love heart, and maybe even dye it red! As if nothing says 'I love you' than a heart shaped lady garden, haha! That'd stop 'em all dead in the communal changing room at the pool, eh?
Trying really hard to think myself into making better food choices. I've been rather stressed recently, and I know this is partly an emotional response I've been having to comfort on stodge. I am beginning to feel the effects of my weight gain again, and clothes are feeling very uncomfortable too ... all the more reason to get a grip!
Thanks for the chart Fred. Happy holidays efrieze. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
