Lose Weight 35

I think the swelling from surgery 1 week ago today, is starting to subside.
Cannot do any exercise at all at present, still have to rest, rest, rest. Been out in the car a couple of times, thought the seat-belt would be a problem but it wasn't - I just put my hand under it. I'm just doing a tiny bit of physio to keep my arms and shoulders supple.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

Beanie I had the cadburys eggs with the spoon and they are quite cute but i wasn't majorly impressed. The galaxy eggs are far superior!!
I am going to use the egg box for pete's easter pressie though and blow some eggs and put a message inside.
Lois Good luck with your move! I loved a bit of Totnes when i went in September.0 -
Hi all
Well, that's my final day at work over and done with, and it was full on until I walked out the door. I feel like a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders, it's someone else's problem now, and I'm hoping that I can be a bit less stressed now and focus on eating healthily. Working part-time isn't all it's cracked up to be when you're expected to do full-time work in less hours and for less money - never again.
Moving on to the next stage of my life now - being my own boss. I'll probably work just as hard, but at least my efforts will create wealth for me, not some big organisation.
Back on topic - thanks for the chart Fred and well done tupperware_queen and Nicky-noo-na.
Count me in for the 5lb challenge and Cardiff to Dublin please Fred, and I'd like to be a dragon. I'm determined that not having the stress of work will mean I can focus on losing weight.
Good luck for this month everyone.

Hi all. Back from India and had a lovely time. Lost around 5lbs while I was away too - I ate normally but in smaller quantities plus I don't love curry so that helped! Wanted to declare it now so that I can report weekly movement next week. Well done to all the losers and keep going the rest of you. Total loss now 40.2lbs please Fred.
Glad you had a fab time - I've updated the total loss for you now.
Lois - good luck, onwards and forwards is always the best policy.0 -
Had a really bad week both in regards to health and diet. I've been struggling with energy levels for a while now so decided to take things easy this week hence No Exercise. Also not really been strict with myself re diet and hence it is a 1lb gain for me this week. Sorry to my team members for letting you down. I am starting to feel better this weekend so hopefully I will be able to contribute a bit more next month. Fred please can you put me down for the Cardiff to Dublin challenge thx,Weight loss 0/2st

Hope you are feeling better soon durham-mim, must be frustrating to suffer with energy on a long term basis. You've only gained a tiny amount though so I'm sure you can reign it back in when you're feeling better.
Wishing you a restful weekend!0 -
-1lb for me this week, didn't weigh last week due to feeling a bit ill. Not great this week either due to a bug going around but oh well!0
