Hi all
Only just got back home so I haven't had chance to weigh in again this week so can I have another STS this week thank you Fred :A

I will try and catch up with all your recent post's tomorrow as I am off to bed as I'm beatRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Here’s this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Jess444 and our SoTM Lois Lane
Well done to all our losers and STSers and commiserations to our gainers.
Congrats to Frodobaggins and Lois Lane for succeeding this months 5lb challenge. If you wish to join next months 5lb challenge please post below.
Here’s the penultimate exercise challenge chart – congrats to everyone who took part. I will continue to log all exercise until 1 July on this challenge and post the final chart next week.
Next months exercise challenge will be Olympic related and will be to cover the longest event at the Olympics – the Triathlon. For the Triathlon competitors must cover 0.93 miles swimming, 25 miles cycling and 6.2 miles running – a total of 32.13 miles (or 51.7 kms).
If you want to join the challenge you don’t have to cover the whole distance – but let me know how much you are aiming to do – ie a quarter triathlon or half, or you can aim to do more than 1 triathlon. Any exercise will count – even non distance ones – post what you do and how long you do it for and I’ll try to convert it to a distance equivalent. Even work in the garden or decorating can count.
Here’s the final chart for the team challenge:
Congrats to the yellow card team for winning this month.
Next months team challenge will be the Olympic mascots – Wenlock or Mandeville.
If you wish to join this challenge I need to know your starting weight so I can calculate the % loss – you can send it to me in a private message and it will remain totally confidential. Chose the team that you wish to join and the team with the biggest % loss over the month are the winners.
Please post below if you want to join any of the challenges.

Ok feeling a little more human today, was very tired last night which was not good when trying to read and/or type ......
Fred - can I add to the challenge this week 90mins swimming, 2hrs surfing, 40km walking and 5.2km running - not so much exercise this week
Can I also be added to next months 5LB challenge and I will attempt 1 triathlon as I have a few busy days coming up in July but want to shift some pounds before august. I might PM you next week about upper calories if that is still ok ?
