Had a sneaky peak of the scales this morning as that's our week in. Will weigh again on Wed morning for the chart, but happy to say it's a -3 for me and a -5 for Bendy4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Hi fredsnail and everybody,
Thanks for the charts and also including me for the last week. Please may I join for this month? I am working upon completing three triathlons using cycling miles and gardening time. What roughly would an hour be for the latter please?0 -

Hey Everyone!
It's been a while, lol.
Welcome to the thread Durham Mim, Mazza, and Bendy! :j
Well we had some good news last week - DS1 is getting an insulin pump!!! :j:j:j They have only just become available in our area, and they have said that he will be one of the first to get one. It is such good news as it will give him so much more freedom in his day to day life, and will really help to keep his blood sugars more stable, which will reduce the risks of complications later on. It really is a weight off my mind.
Well I bought some batteries for my scales last week and they told me that I'd gained 11 lbs!!!, I could have cried, lol! But I ignored it and convinced myself that the scales were broken! It turns out they may well be... I've just weighed in this morning on the Wii after my weekend away and have gained 4.5 lbs. Which seems to be pretty average when I go on hols, and it tends to come off quickly, so I'm OK with that.
I'm starting from scratch today, and going back to calorie counting. I'm also going to drink 5 cups of green tea a day to give my metabolism a boost. Really making a go of it this time (I know I say that every time, but I really do mean it this time!).
FRED, can you please add this week's gain to my weight, then set my loss back to zero. Ooh, and sign me up to the exercise challenge please, I'll aim for 1 triathalon.
I'm planning on getting my exercise bike out and using it every time I watch TV. I only really watch the soaps, and the odd other programme if I see something interesting, but it will all add up
Anyway, lots of unpacking and washing to do so will catch you all later...0
