    Hi all

I've been decorating ALL day today (8 hours) and I've nearly finished - yippee!!

Our stairs form 3 sides of a square with a wooden 'fence' that goes up the middle and then along the edge of the landing, so I dismantled and painted them and they're now positioned around the house. Have to make sure we don't wander around in the dark tonight or one of us might have a nasty fall. Once they're dry and back in place I'm done (I think!).

There's some great losses coming in this week, there'll be a scrummage for SOTW! Well done everyone.

    Catch you later.

    Hi All,

A STS for me please Fred. Not too disappointed as I have spent the last few days helping DD move house and we have just been grabbing snacks rather than eating proper meals.

Just 2.25 Km and 10 lengths of the pool to add to the challenge. I seem to remember a website that helped convert pool lengths to miles, but can't seem to find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Great to see so many good weight losses this week. :T

I am happily reporting a 1lb loss this week :j I know it's really sad but it is lovely to finally see the scales start to move again. I just hope I don't sabotage it and put it straight back on again!

Fred - For the end of June challenge can I add 2hrs surfing, 5.6km running and 15km walking.

And to start my triathlon Can I start with 24km walking, and 6km running

Ok so I am totally amazed at how well everyone has done this week you are all superstars :T:T:T And I think it is a shame there can only be 1 SOtW.

Mazza - Great loss for both you and DD :T

Beanie - That was that 1/2 lb from what you needed last week :D better late than never ;)

Lois - Well done on all that painting you must be fed up of the sight of a paint brush by now!

Sary - wow great loss too :T I still don't know how you do manage to loose weight and bake I have to try all I bake :o

As usual thanks for the charts fred. Feel a bit of a fraud Bendy getting SOTW as it was actually 9 days, and we always lose a bit more on the first week. But hey ho, might give her a bit of encouragement :D
