I have a disappointing 1lb off
Bendy has a disappointing 1lb off
Only 5.5 km for me on the bike this week. Knees and shoulders been playing up something chronic.
Please remove Bendy from the Olympic thing fred, she's not going to be able to be consistent with her exercise to even measure it, had a major dislocation again last night, thankfully she managed to manipulate the kneecap back into place. Be a few days again before she's able to do any exercise. Also been in agony with one of her wrists, dunno why it's went all of a sudden, but that's hms for ya, probably the crutches throwing it out a bit.
Onwards and upwards as they say.. or downwards if we're talking about size.
Beanie I'm sorry, I can't remember what problems you have, is it your back?4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Mazza ~ I have cerebral palsy.
It affects my walking, and my balance.
The effort of walking awkwardly makes me very tired.
It affects my musles.Blah blah.
My back is always sore & one of my shoulders.

Not much to report exercise wise this week as working loads of overtime and nites at the moment to pay for holiday, and new pup not leaving much time for anything else. Although since Sunday I have been doing a 20 minute walk with her each day (OH does the evening walkies!) which will increase as she gets a bit bigger.
Ooh, I'm jealous, I'd love a dog. What breed is it?

Thnx Beanie, I knew there was something, but I couldn't remember what it was, but the back was sticking in my mind for some reason. Blame the medication and old age getting to me
Plodding on sounds so familiar!!!4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Hey Everyone!
Hey Matryoshka :hello:, it's been a while! Hope you are well
Thanks for the tea advice Lois and Jess. I am starting to get used to it now - It probably won't do anything, but it's nice to have hope that it will, lol. I've not tried Rooibos tea, I know that there are a few types of tea that are supposed to have the same effect, but just went for green tea as I figured it'd be the easiest to find. I think I've seen Rooibos tea in Tesco though, so will have to give it a go once I've run out of 'the green stuff'
.
Welcome back, and happy belated Bday Ms Night Ryder! :j Sounds like you had a fab time
Aww Mazza!Sorry to hear about Bendy, I wish her a speedy recovery
Well it's a 3 lb loss for me this week! :j:j:j Thats a big loss for me, so really pleased with it.
I've also done another 5 km on the bike, and 30 mins on the wii (10 mins Zumba, and 20 mins Just dance 2 & 3).0 -

Well done lolly, great loss!!
Bendy won't heal so good due to the hms, but she'll get there. It's a horrible sight to see when she lifts the kneecap and puts it where it should be. Really gross!!!4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
