Thanks for the congrats. I got my offer letter yesterday and I don't start until 3rd September.. time to think up new decorating projects methinks...! lol
I've finished all the painting I was intending to do, but now I'm thinking of more bits I might do, given I'm going to have all this time on my hands.

Hi all
Thanks again for the chart Fred, and well done for SOTW Lolly.
Dannie - well done, I'd kind of glossed over the fact that you've done the triathlon 3 times already. You must be pretty fit.
Well done Mazza and Durham-mim for achieving their target already too.
Come on Wenlock - we're trailing behind.
Have a good weekend everyone - try to avoid getting washed away.

I feel like a fraud lol. My limit was only about a quarter because I was unsure how I would manage, should have put it at half I guess.
Bendy's knee has less pain today, so hopefully she'll manage on the exercise bike, even if it's only for 1km. It still grosses me out every time she has to do it, and I've seen her dislocating things since she was 8. Got worse now that she's put a bit of weight on in this last year.
Having rather a bad week here, had maccy D's for dinner last night *puke* but I cba cooking, and that's what the troups wanted. So I tried to be sensible and just had a medium meal instead of large :rotfl: So I'm about to jump on the bike and try to burn some of it off :rotfl:
Should get extra miles with all the laundry I done yesterdayWeather forecast said dry for 3 days so the washing machine was on constantly
All washed and dried, apart from a couple of things that are left on the rope. :rotfl:
It's the fella's 40th this weekend, so no doubt I'll need to watch what I'm eating, we'll be away on Sat and Sun, so hopefully I'll have enough willpower to do it4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

WTG Vix!!! Now I'm envious and going back on the bike!!! Although in saying that, I don't think I've been a size 10 since I was about your age :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Well I was wandering around the tea aisle in morrisons this morning and found Tetley's Vanilla Redbush tea! Sounds nice, (well, 'nicer' at least!) so will have to give it a try and let you all know how I find it
