Lose Weight 35

Hi everybody,
fredsnail - thanks for including me on the chart/triathlon challenge. Also, thanks for your "congrats" regarding me completing the latter. My weightloss this last week is 4lbs.
My plan has been not to try as intensively hard this last week due to the continuing weight increase the first two weeks - seemed to work against me ? However, I still did some biking and gardening.
Lois Lane - thanks for your comment too. I am fortunate that I had the time to work at and complete the challenge. The bikes and the gardening (miles) used are regular activities for me. Am I fit? Unsure how to answer this as I have a lot of health difficulties; more that I am very determined?
Hope everybody is feeling as well as possible.0 -

Only 0.5lb loss for me this week.
Absolutely no exercise to report this week again as my life is absolutely full to the brim at the moment and cant fit any in, maybe tomorrow? Already worked 72 hours overtime this month on top of full time and its not through choice!:mad:DFW Nerd 1394.

Been feeling really unwell all last weekend so did some baking instead which was prob not the best thing to do. So also not run since last thursday as always told not to run with a sore throat, and not been swimming either.
