Frodo - How are you finding Gymophobics? We've got one near us, and I do like the idea behind it.

  • Morning everyone :)

Day one of 'low carb high fat' (except root vegetables, because I have a fridge and freezer full and there's no way I'm throwing them out, lol!) is going well :) Omlette and ham for breakfast and felt incredibly full.

I've sent Fredsnail a PM so hoping to find out what the challenges entail and join you all on them :)

Hi guys! Majorca was lovely :) We had a good time and the bikini came out! It was the first time in my whole life i actually felt alright about my body in a bikini. I never, ever thought i would feel that way about myself in my whole life but at the age of 25.5 and a bit i have finally achieved some positivity towards my self image :)

    Hope everyone is doing well!

I have been 3 times this week and I really like it. I don't think its quite as easy as they claim, I am certainly feeling it, but I can already see my waist and belly pulling in (too much information lol).

Sorry about the odd time to post, but I'm on nites.

Another 30 mins of gymophobics for me yesterday.

I have to say I am really impressed with myfitnesspal, I sadly spent a lot of yesterday scanning barcodes. But I can't work out how to enter exercise. Anybody know how or were I can find how to please?

Froddo on the mobile app you click add to diary (to the right of your calorie remaining figure).

Then click cardiovascular or strength depending on your exercise and you can create a new exercise to start or search for an exercise to add the details.

On their website from a pc click on the exercise tab and then click add exercise under either the cardiovascular or strength and you can search or create new exercise.
