A STS for me this week please Fred.
1 hour Body Attack tonight - now feeling shattered and feel the need for an early night.
I am waiting for the day when the exercise gives me more energy.
Welcome Samantha - as Sary said we all have different approaches to losing weight. For me I signed up with Food Focus which I found really useful for keeping track of what I eat. I also cut back on the carbs by changing a few of the things I ate regularly. I now have an omlette for breakfast rather than cereal and a salad for lunch instead of sandwiches.
Is there is any exercise you can do - walking, swimming? If so join in with the challenges as this really seems to help.0 -
-1.2lbs for me - thanks, fred.0

Food focus is a site where you can log all the food you eat on your account - it's free to set up an account and use.
I use a similar site called myfitnesspal - this one has a mobile app which includes a barcode scanner so you can scan the bar code on products and it brings up all the details for you to log.
I don't know if food focus has a mobile app - I couldn't find one on the andriod app site.0 -
Here's this weeks chart:

Congrats to our SoTW lissarria.
Well done to all our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers - it doesn't matter how many times you fall down - just the number of times you get up again.
Here's the latest siblings challenge chart:
Well done to the 2+ siblings team who've won this week.
Here's the latest chart for the Eurovision Pub Crawl:

Hi there everyone
Can I join in with your challenges please? I could really benefit from the motivation as I'm going it alone and have a LOT to lose! 0 -
Hi Keiko,
Join right in with any of our challenges. As you can see from the weekly chart Fredsnail does, there's an exercise challenge, a losing weight challenge, along with a monthly 5lb challenge.
If you want to be included in any, just let Fredsnail know.
Good luck! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Thanks for the charts Fred.
I've done another 3 km walk/swim/walk so total is now 16 km.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

Samantha, as Fredsnail has said Foodfocus is a website that allows you to track your calories and exercise, etc. I also try to keep a track of my carbs and keep them below 100 a day. It is a bit time consuming to start but you can use the 'create menu's' function to build up a collection of the meals you eat most often.
Myfitnesspal looks great and as Fred says does have an app. Unfortunately I only have a very basic phone so decided to stick with Foodfocus.0 -
Hey Everyone,
Sorry I missed weigh in, will catch it next week
I've got 2 hours 40 mins of Just Dance 3 to add over the last couple of days - nearly killed me
, lol.
Not feeling very well today so haven't moved much, and have been eating lots of quick and easy junk food
. I hope that it doesn't affect things too much, and hopefully I'll be out and about, and back to the diet soon! 0
