Don't worry Alliwant - I won't delete you - I leave things for a few months before I zap people - Eric's still on the chart as are others who've not been around for a while.0

Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Sarymclary with a great loss in this Easter week.
Well done to our losers and STSers and commiserations to our gainers this week - tomorrow starts the first day of a new week and the path is yet to be decided by you.
Here's this weeks chart for the Marathon exercise challenge:
Well done to everyone taking part.
This weeks Easter team challenge chart:
Both teams gained this week but the Bunnies won this week as they gained the least %.

Hi all
Fred - thanks for your great work as usual.
Sary - well done for SOTW :T
Sorry to all those who gained this week, but it was Easter after all. I hope all the choccies have been consumed and are now in the past!
The campaign to lose 5lbs by 18th April is going well, although yesterday was a challenge. OH and I went to a cheese and wine party, so I kept my points down all day and had 18 to play with. I didn't go too mad, and thankfully there were grapes, cherry tomatoes and olives as well as all the cheesy things. I made blue cheese dip from Quark, blue cheese and chopped onions and provided celery and breadsticks to eat with it. It was very popular - lots of people asked me for the recipe. It's one I used to make when I was doing SW - the Quark and onions were free food, and I used 2 healthy extras worth of Stilton in it and shared it with OH. It makes a lovely snack with celery and apple slices, or piled onto Ryvita if I could spare the HEs.
I'm going to be without a regular internet connection after tomorrow so not sure when I'll be able to check in with you all, but I'll be back in the UK next Wednesday and back on the dongle so I'll report in and let you know if I achieve my objective.
Have a good week everybody.

Thanks for the chart Fred.
Happy holidays Alliwant.
Safe journey Lois.
Commiserations to any gainers, but it was Easter, so not surprising if you indulged in the celebrations. Beginning of another week now, so onwards and downwards.
Wow! SOTW?! I'm not sure if that's ever happened before for me, so a bit of a milestone (and probably one off). I didn't have any chocolate though, so think that was me cheating a bit, but I'll have whatever I can get
I'm away for a long w/end visiting relatives from tomorrow, so I'll be a bit AWOL too. Determined to stick with my plan, and not indulge while away, which I would usually see as a total excuse to fall off the wagon and over-indulge. There's going to be a little party, and bound to be lots of foods which really would undermine my efforts so far, so I have forewarned them that I'm going to be a bit of a party pooper.
Have a great w/end all.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Sorry I have been so busy I realised I have not weighed myself or been on here for almost 2 weeks  (hangs head in shame)
I'm not going to have a chance to weigh tonight and for the next 2 weeks I am going to be away.
So I think I am going to have to bow out of the challenges this month and will have to deal with the gains when I return!
As I am celebrating a birthday whilst away I know I'm going to be coming back a few pounds heavier
Keep up the good work everyone and I will rejoin you all once I am back in the land of my normal life again :rotfl:
Fred - please don't delete me I promise I will return :A
Hopefully you'll read back! Have a lovely time and a really happy birthday!!! :T:beer:0 -

Matryoshka - What is MFP?
Well done on completing Insanity again - think you will probably find 30DS a little tame after all you are used to.
Bootcamp for me today. 30DS on the days I don't go to the gym. Still on level 1 for a few more days.

Hi all,
Thanks to Fred for the charts. Seeing things in black and white helps.
I have walked 9 miles so far this week - mainly on the moors around home looking for geocaches.:o
Also had a short 2Km warm up bike ride in the gym before pilates and kettleworx - does that count towards the distance challenge?
Will get weighed on Tuesday at SW.
