    Hi

    Thanks for the charts Fred.

1lb on this week (so 13st 4 lb again) but not too bad after Easter. I need to be careful this week though as we've got a lot of less than healthy stuff to eat up so I'll just have to be sensible as I don't like throwing stuff away either!

I've walked 6 km this week so I think that's 8 in total for this month.
Hope everybody had a good Easter!
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

    Hey Everyone,

Well the diet hasn't gone too well this week. I find that I can easily lose my appetite when low carbing, and that stalls my weight loss. It's quite odd as eating less would normally be a good thing, but it goes the opposite way on this diet.

Had a scary moment at the weekend . Had an impromptu drinking session with a couple of friends on sun, we were dancing all night as well, and I suddenly went all dizzy, shaky and felt really hot.
My friend asked me when I'd last ate, and I realised that I'd only had a large omelette on sun morning (by this point it was 3am mon morning!!!). She gave me a sugary drink and I was ok within 10 mins, but it was pretty scary at the time! I usually make sure that I have a few extra carbs if I know I'm going to be drinking as I've heard that you should - now I know why!!! :o

It makes me wonder if that is what my son feels like when he goes hypo, poor thing. Anyway, I've decided to start adding more (low GI) carbs, maybe an extra 20-25g a day. I'm hoping that it will boost my appetite and help my weight loss.

It's a 1lb gain this week - I blame the Domino's binge on mon :o. To be fair, I think I needed it, lol.

Another -4lb off for me this week. I think being busy working helped with that. Away for a long weekend from Friday, and determined to stick with the diet... we'll see how that goes!

  • Evening everyone
Sorry I have been so busy I realised I have not weighed myself or been on here for almost 2 weeks  (hangs head in shame)

I'm not going to have a chance to weigh tonight and for the next 2 weeks I am going to be away.
So I think I am going to have to bow out of the challenges this month and will have to deal with the gains when I return!
As I am celebrating a birthday whilst away I know I'm going to be coming back a few pounds heavier

Keep up the good work everyone and I will rejoin you all once I am back in the land of my normal life again :rotfl:

    Fred - please don't delete me I promise I will return :A
