    its a+1lb for me this week.I seem to be stuck for a while must try harder.I think this week as it was mothers day and i have been a bit relaxed about what i eat is why this gain happened.

    Embarrassed to report a 2lb Gain please Fred - so 13 4. Here come the excuses... I ate too much!
    Another 4km to add to the exercise so ? km.
    Well done to everybody who is trying harder than me atm!

    I have started a weight lifting regime at the gym this week (my hamstrings are unimpressed by this) so I doubt I'll be seeing another loss for a while.

    Just nipping in as its been the day from hell. Among other things, one kid's been miserable all day with a cold... the other came home with head lice!!! :eek: Not impressed with them. Spent 2 hours hunched over DS1 (AKA the nitty one ;)), I think I got them all - he's got some stuff on his hair now to wash off tomorrow, just to be sure.

    Oh yes, and I'm an STS this week as I lost the last of my holiday gain :).

    Not sure if anyone will use this but i use a site called sparkpeople.com you can track all your calories their you can also put in a recipe and it will work out the calories and fat etc, it can recommend a calorie intake etc based on the amount of weight you want to loose it has loads of articles, healthy recipes, alternate recipes to favorites and a diet and exercise tracker as well as some free 10 min workout videos that are great :).

    It also has forums, motivation pages from other members and a question section so other members can answer offer advice etc oh and teams you can join.:j to keep you on track.

  • I'm really disgusted to report a 4LB GAINthis week Fred :A
    I'd love to say I don't know how it happened but I have been eating like a pig and not doing enough exercise to counter act it. So I deserve the gain I just need to stop now before it get's too out of hand :mad:
    Can I add 10km walking, 5km running and 2hrs of rock climbing to the exercise challenge for last week.
    I hope after this weekend and the clocks change to get my exercise and diet Mojo back, it seems to be missing in action since christmas.... fingers crossed.
