Hi all...
I'm posting a STS
Haven't been putting a great amount of effort in, fell off the exercise wagon in the last few days. Been so choka at work trying to get things done for deadline (I'm an accountant, and January is HELL with all the tax returns) so been putting in the hours and not had a great deal of time for exercise, let alone looking after things food wise.
Plan on putting things right ASAP as I only have til July to "transform"
Me and Andy went for a walk in the snow on Monday night, wrapped up in massive coat, thick scarf, trapper hat, wellies - the works! We were like michelin man and woman - couldn't hardly hold hands with the gloves we had on...but our walk was lovely and it was nice to get back home and stick the fire on.
Feel really sluggish with the lack of sleep and also for not doing exercise... Boooo! I'm bad at this, someone tell me off!
Well done to losers and STS - keep trying gainers...you will get there.
Hope you all have good afternoon/evening
I will be back with a much better saintly report very soon :AMarrying my gorgeous Andy27 July 2013 at Gretna GreenSealed pot challenge..Saving for the HONEYMOONWill be cracking open the pot of dreams May 2013 :j0 -

Just a 0.5lb loss for me this week. Working really hard at the exercise, so hopefully the weight will begin shifting a bit faster soon.
1 hour Spinning and Abs class this morning and 3 mile walk this afternoon to add to the challenge please Fred.
For those of you who have done the Couch to 5K program in the past - did you do it on the road or the treadmill. The pavements were so icy here this morning I was worried about running outside, but not sure whether changing speed on the treadmill is really safe?? (I am a bit wobbly on there at the best of times)0
