  • Well, very pleased with myself - managed 30 day shred both yesterday and today! Was aching this morning but powered on through! Level 1 getting a lot easier now so will carry on for this week and then progress to level 2 - I hope!

Food front is also going well, aiming for 1400-1500 cals a day although I've been pretty hungry today - need to be more creative with healthy snacks. Just had a satsuma to take the edge off before dinner then will treat myself to a low fat choc mousse after. Back to work and a routine tomorrow so hopefully will manage the food/hunger better......

    Afternoon all

Hope everyone's having a good weekend.

I've spent this morning making 2 lots of soup - pea and ham which we've had for lunch and was very tasty, the other one is a hotch-potch of vegetables that needed to be used up - sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, peppers and onions. I might add some chicken to it later.

Just off out for a walk now so I'm going to wrap up well as it's pretty cold... brrr. I thought we'd have snow, but no sign yet and it's quite sunny.

    Catch you later!

    LL :)

    Soup is great :)

    Really?
We were forecast snow Sunday through to this evening however the most we've had is sleety rain.

Hope it clears up soon :(

I had my first trip to ikea this morning!! Its so good, i got lots of glass jars for all my craft bits and indulged in some swedish meatballs at the end!

I am struggling to keep my main meals healthy, my boyfriend works till half 7 so on those days i'm feeding myself and i revert back to eating whatevers quickest :( Even though i'm unemployed and have buckets of time to prepare something! Crazy!

Hope everyone is enjoying the snow if they have it :) Ours melted :(

  • IKEA meatballs are amazing (and low fat too). Love them - I have even been known to go to ikea just to get them - don't even look at the furniture, lol!

Not done any excercise today but been a very stressful day at work so only ate half my lunch and no snacks so saved about 400 cals there. Managed to eat dinner but not really even hungry. Might just have some fruit later and then an early night!

I'm out tomorrow night so can't do the DVD then but might try some sit-ups in the morning.

Expecting a loss this week so looking forward to weigh-in on Wednesday!
