That's always the biggest problem I think Lois, if you are not in the zone it's so hard to get into it.
Hope it happens for you soon.

margaret clare~ Cant remember when you are having your op~I hope all goes well for you.

I was thinking of MargaretClare yesterday too Beanie (great minds think alike, and all that), and wondered how she was getting along. I think her surgery is toward the end of Jan., so wish her all the best for her op, and a speedy recovery afterwards.

Lois, I think it can be really hard if you're not 'in the zone'. Maybe just try to have a week or two of aiming for healthy eating eating, with portion control, and see how that goes? It's what I've been aiming to do for now, so I don't feel I'm in a strict regime.

Well, I made the mistake of weighing myself today when it's not weigh in day! Stooopid cause it said I'd put on half a pound. I'm trying to ignore it but it's so annoying!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrr! X
My exercise is housework today so that's improving my mood no end! X

    Hello folks,

jak - I am a medium build and medium-tall height. The body mass index states another 8lbs less will put me at the lowest end. I think my calories would have to be well under 1500 to achieve this so my food quality would have to be far more nutritous and exercise more taxing.

fredsnail - thanks for the charts.

Got my biking done today which also includes transporting groceries home. The distance and weight of the groceries meant good therepeutic exercise before the potential snow etc. strikes.

1 hour Bodypump this morning please Fred.

Came home from work last night to find OH had cooked my tea - chicken enchiladas. Couldn't resist, so ended up eating wheat. I am going to carry on and see how many wheat free days I can have in the month.
