    Morning all,

I remembered to get on the scales this morning - whoo!

Fred, reporting a 3.5lb loss please

There were an extra couple of ounces off there too, but I'll save those to include in next week's loss :)

Good luck everyone else, and well done to any losers.

OK i'm changing my weigh in day to Wednesday so I can get an acurate reading on the chart. My weight was 11 11 1/4, now it is 11 7 3/4!!! So a total loss of 3.5 lbs! Yippeee! Now off to do my xtrainer, which seems to be working really well! x
Update: 40 mins on the x trainer in 15 x 2 and 10 min increments! Knackered and very red now!

    Hey Guys,

Just nipping in as I'm not feeling well today, will chat tomorrow. Just wanted to declare a 6 lb loss! :j Never would have thought it possible as I just don't tend to have big losses, no matter how hard I try, so very pleased :D

    Hello everybody,

STS this week. Beginning to wonder if my weight is "healthy" for me; one of the reasons for why it doesn't move much in either direction? Anyhow, my doctor wasn't concerned when I was much less but I don't think this would be a good idea now based on my nutritional habits.

It depends on your build and height I think. My weight used to be 8 stone for years and years. Post baby (and 30!) my weight seems to rest at 10 stone when im being healthy. And creeps up to nearly 12 stone when im not! x
Walking: 1 hour and 40 mins today...got to say the school run is 1 mile round trip so 3 miles for me today!

    Hi guys and girls,

I've been away for a while (since June 2012) but things haven't been going too well.

I'm back in 2013 and I have to say I've missed you all and the support that you give.

I have been looking for the right time to make my comeback and I think this is it.

I look forward to catching up and to participating in the challenges and offering advice where I can.

I'll see if I can get my signature updated but just I case I can't.......

    Takes a deep Breath................

My weight had crept up to 15 st 1 just after Xmas.:(

I've managed to lose 3lbs and I'm now at 14 st 12. I've been really miserable and despairing that I've just got bigger and bigger ( and bigger!!!!)

I need your help to get back on the healthy track...

    Please xxx

    Hello!

I remember your face, well the avatar face! :p Hopefully 2013 will bring you lots of good health and weight loss :)

I'm having sausage, chips and beans for dinner. The most un nutritious start to my healthy eating lifestyle ever! But, i have no chopping board, oven trays, cooking cutlery, colander ect. Sort of makes it a bit tricky.

The cleaning i've been doing all day will sort that mess of a dinner out i'm sure! ;)
