    Hi folks,

+2lbs since last Wednesday. Tend to react poorly to adverse weather conditions and hence in more so without my outdoor biking "fix". Still do the indoor cycling however. Today, had a cycling errand so hope this is the start of "fight back" time to continue the challenge for better health.

    Good luck.

Good luck dannie. I personally feel that our bodies cling on to all available insulation in the winter as it is SO BLOODY COLD! X

Dammit! It's a 1 lb gain for me this week  Was doing so well, so I'm really pee'd off about it. Hopefully this is just a weird blip and I'll have a good loss next week to make up for it.

Congratulations to all the losers :j and here's to a better result next week, STS'ers and gainers!

Well I've just got back from an impromptu visit to a curry house :o I left most of my sauce to try and save a few cals, :A We still all left feeling pretty full though, so think I'll have another 'starvation day' tomorrow. I usually like to leave two days between them to avoid going into starvation mode, but I think I'll be ok this time! ;)

Ooh, and 3.4 km to add please Fred. This snow is definitely helping with the challenge! The paths are a nightmare, but most of the roads are ok now, apart from the one I parked on, lol! I didn't want to park on my street as it's on a steep hill and the car was already sliding all over the place when I got back on Mon, so I parked on the one next to it, but I seem to have picked the only icy road left in town! I'm due to get my tyres changed this month so don't fancy risking it yet.

    Hi jak,

Thanks for your "good luck" to me. The 2lb increase was probably due to "cabin fever" and eating far too much of the insulating foods! Really hope to keep tackling these aspects more healthily. Today, have done some extra indoor biking and aim to plan the day better. Anyway, best wishes for your personal challenge.

Thanks also for the charts fredsnail and hope everybody else is keeping okay.

    Hi all

Just finished some of the soup I made at the weekend, and I have to say it was delicious! I had vegetables that needed to be used up and just put them in, but it worked so well I'll have to remember what went into it and do it again.

Thanks for the chart Fred, and well done Beanie for a great loss! :T
