Sorry Fred and Jess, I feel like I'm letting the no pets team down.

hey everyone!
Hope everyone is well. America was fab, it was great to spend a month with Pete and getting to know his mum and putting faces to names. Food wasn't so great i didn't think, so that probably helped me not pile on the weight! The only problem i am having is getting used to working and not being a lady of leisure, the dislike i have for my job probably isn't helping.
Better get to bedfordshire, night all!0 -
Hiya
Sorry Fred and Jess, I feel like I'm letting the no pets team down.
Don't worry Lois, I have been letting my teams down for months
Vix - glad to hear that you had a great time in the USA. I am another one who wasn't that keen on the food when I visited. There seemed to be a lot of it, but not much variety. Saying that I did enjoy the pancakes and ate far too many of them - yum!
1 hour Bodypump this morning. Feeling harder to get up and get there for 9 a.m. on a Saturday now that the weather is getting colder. Keep reminding myself to 'Act not Think'.
Off to town to hopefully finish the Christmas shopping - wish me luck0 -

Hi everyone can I join?
I've been trying to lose weight since the birth of DD2 8 months ago, before becoming pregnant I was already over weight at 13st 4lbs. When she was 3 weeks old I was horrified when the scales said I weighed 15st 3lbs! I started 'dieting' in June, its been very on and off and I've been yo-yo-ing for a couple of months now. Currently I weigh 13st 0 and I'm eager to get into the 12s. I'm 5'8 and I need to weigh 11st 10lbs or less to be in the healthy range. I'm aiming for 2lbs a week0 -
Damn you 1/2 pound - if you'd done as I wanted you'd be gone and I'd be under x stone for the first time in 5 years :o0
