Hi guys, I changed my diet exactly two months ago now at the reccomendation of my doctor. I'm using myfitnesspal to keep track of what I'm eating.
I don't own scales at my flat so only weigh in when I go home or to the doctors. My last weigh in on 3rd november showed I'd lost 7.5 kilos.
I should be weighed again next week, I hope we can all support each otherThanks to everyone who posts competitions0 -

Hi everybody,
jess444 - Sorry for the delay to say thanks for your reply. Wasn't sure what to say really. I think I've sensed that all my progress made will slip away again so am after a big challenge to counteract this. Anyway, might do the 5lb challenge next time and will try to break even this time.
+2lbs since last Wednesday.
