    Morning all

Thanks for the chart Fred and well done for SOTW Frodo. :T

Sorry I didn't report my weigh-in for this week Fred, but you did the right thing. :)

Work is really stressing me out at the moment - I've just got into a routine of doing exercise classes in the mornings and now I've got loads on and I've had to work instead. I'm always tempted to comfort eat when I'm stressed too, so I'm fighting the urge.

    Have a good week everyone.

Well done everyone eise on all your weight loss and exercise achievments.:j:j

Well done Beanie on Miss Slinky, way to go!:j:j

LL I have a seven month old german shepherd pup who now weighs 4 stone! Love her to death but serious hard work, so naughty! I think she is part of the reason I am losing weight regularly as I am always out with her when not working and constantly clearing up her path of destruction!!!

Hi missy - welcome to our thread.

We do the chart every Wednesday so just post your result (how many lbs or kgs you've lost or gained that week) on the thread and I'll pick it up for the chart.

We also have optional challenges that you can join if you want (you don't to) and details of those can be found here:

    Weight = + 1lb
    Callanetics: 70 mins

Not surprised on the weight gain, had a funeral this week and ate rubbish. Felt very tired and so couldn't manage as much exercise. Its just typical of this time of year. I always get exhausted in the run up to Christmas with all the extra little jobs that need doing.

    Hi everybody,

Is the "Target Members" category your desired weight to reach? Need a new focus for this difficult month and also rest of season. Or, maybe the next month there might be new ideas to end the year with 2013 in mind?

    Thanks.

    Hi Dannie,

I think that the 'Target Members' section is for those people who have reached their target but keeping track of their weight to maintain it?

The 5lb a month challenge is a good way of keeping focused, you might want to try that. Each month there is an exercise challenge, so I am sure there will be something to motivate us all as we move into 2013.

No further exercise for me this week as I have had a stomach bug and feel yuk! Hopefully back to the gym next week to shift a few more lb's before the Christmas madness begins.
