Hi all, and congratulations on your losses so far!
It's really inspirational to read how everyone is doing.
As for me I fell off the wagon a bit and need a kick up the backside. I came back from holiday and gained five pounds, and prior to that I had gained another three. In total I've lost 110 pounds and I'd like to get back to where I was before I gained! :rotfl: Dragging my sorry self back to my Weight Watchers meeting this weekend...

Thank you!I think I'll try and join the challenge, I'm not feeling challenged enough right now so I'm a bit 'stuck', and I have a couple more stones to go before I'm at a healthy weight for my height.

I don't know when I'll be happy with my weight but I'm definitely happier than before, and healthier. I started out at just over 20 stones, would love to get to just under 10.I don't have a specific target in mind yet (I've been setting stone by stone targets so it's not such a daunting task) but just under 10 is do-able and I wouldn't be able to do much more than that!

Welcome to our lovely thread Mandatory.
Fredsnail very kindly keeps track of the challenges for us. If you want to join in I think you need to PM her your starting weight and let her know which of the challenges you are interested in. I am sure that she will be along soon to explain it all.0 -

Hi Mandatory,
Each month there are a couple of challenges - we try to have an exercise challenge, a team challenge and a lose 5lb in a month challenge.
This months exercise challenge is the velodrome challenge - do exercise which is the equivalent of 15 miles (the longest indoor race in the velodrome) - if you do exercise by distance you log your distance, but if you do some exercises by time (eg spinning class) I'll convert it to an equivalent distance.
The team challenge is pets - you let me know which team you want to join and it's a bit like the biggest loser in the the team which loses the biggest % of weight during the month is the winner - to take part in this you will need to let me know your starting weight via pm (it remains confidential no one else will know what it is) so that I can calculate your % loss.
The lose 5lb in a month challenge does what it says on the tin - try to lose 5lb in a month.
Congratulations on your loss so far and good luck.:j:j:j0 -
45 min spin and 30 min in the gym this morning (treadmill and weights) Think I might have done a bit too much - have felt shattered all day0

Hi all - hope you're having a good weekend. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous here today - cold but with a clear blue sky and sunshine. We decided to make make the most of it and went for a good walk
Fred - 90 mins walking and can I also log an hour of aquarobics and an hour of pilates please.
