    - 0.5 loss this week. It is starting to come off again, but so.... slow :(

1 hour bodypump yesterday and 1 hour spin this morning. Still not 100% (wheezy chest) so I am struggling a bit. Avoiding any classes that expect me to run!

    - 2 sugar yesterday (DD visited so I made scones)

    + 2 Veg

Good luck with the weight loss everyone :)

Thanks for the chart Fred :)

Pleased that I actually managed to complete an exercise challenge - must be a first for me.

Can you put me down for the Chris Hoy challenge - and log my first 45 min spin class for Nov. A new instructor last night who was really boring, think I will be avoiding Thurs spin in future.

Will also try for the 5lb challenge again and put me down for No pets.

Congratulations to Durham-min for SOTW and SOTM :T:T:T
