Welcome back pinklipgloss, i remember you! ;)

Food hasn't been on the agenda since i got a bug which stopped me eating completely, and now every time i do eat i feel rubbish for awhile after so i'm sticking to real simple pimple things.

Hope everyone is doing well and remaining bug free!

Hope you feel better soon Vix :)

Just a - 0.25 loss for me this week. A bit disappointing, but better than a gain I suppose.

Exercise to add to the challenge - 1 hour spin and abs class this morning and 45 min at the gym yesterday.

DD has persuaded me to go to Body Attack again later (she doesn't like to go on her own) I have never done 2 classes on the same day before so not sure how I will get on.

Food to add for today and yesterday -

    + 4 Fruit
    + 3 Veg

Another sugar free day :T My will power has definitely made a return. Just back from the shops and passed the Haagen Dazs, which was on offer, with a lingering glance but managed to keep walking.

Good luck with the weight loss everyone.

Thanks for the charts Fred and well done to our SOTW Dannie and Bindiboo

1 hour Body Attack to add to the challenge. Managed the 2 sessions on the same day (spinning in the morning and body attack in the evening) but felt it yesterday morning when I got up. Not really aching, just shattered! I don't know how people do one class straight after another.

    Food to add -

    - 1 sugar (sampled a tiny piece of pumpkin pie someone had brought into work, very nice)

    + 2 Veg
    + 4 Fruit

We have a birthday party in work today - a real test for the will power
