    gained 1.5lbs this week after a rubbish week with rubbish food and a wedding reception due this weekend too. line drawn under and focus ahead

    +2lbs since last Wednesday fredsnail.

    For the trip to Chicago, another one hour and thirty three minutes (gardening only).

    Been doing my other usual exercise activities but due to the weight increase could do with a new approach maybe.

    Thanks for the chart Fred - I'm a bit confused as I haven't got any points for fruit and veg? I haven't reported any this week, but I had quite a few last week.

    This week the bad is balancing out the good, but I am on holiday so it's allowed! ;)

    This morning was the first dry day we've had since Monday, and we've been out for a walk - the wind is pretty cold so luckily we'd wrapped up well.

    Hey guys! Such a busy working week for me, i am just off to bed for my 4:50 start tomorrow (i can hardly contain my excitement getting up at 3:30!)

    I didn't eat any dinner last night because i forgot to take my purse with me when i was in barcelona. So i made up for it tonight with a korma. Thats a bad point for me! :(

    I'll come back with my food score as soon as i get a momento. Well done beanie for sotw!

    Sorry the formula went walk about - have corrected it now - you've got 13 veg and 17 fruit.
