    Don't know what's happened this week, exercising certainly took more effort as I felt absolutely shattered even before I began and I've stuck to my diet. Hopefully next week will see a loss, I'm desperate to get to my first 1st goal

    Well I seem to have found my will power, which has been hiding for the last 6 months - refused pudding and ice cream after Sunday lunch at DD's today.

    walk with the dog this afternoon.
  • Practicing yoga is quite hard for me but it gives me lighter feeling with enthusiastic day.

    When i go to America my boyfriends mum was talking about us going to yoga together. Its something i'm dreading, i'm awful at it but it is something i wouldn't mind doing more regularly when i have a life that is not like the life i live now.

    I'm doing really well on the food front, cut out a bit more crap and i'm eating a lot more fruit and veg. Still could do with some work, but i know in two weeks time i'll be living off food thats never entered my mouth before. I don't think i'll go for a walk today, the weather is awful but maybe tomorrow it will brighten up for me.

    I am sure it is supposed to be the other way around, but at least it is not cake ;)

    Really craving something sweet tonight. Luckily the cupboards are bare so have managed to resist.

    1 hour Bodypump tonight. Have managed to increase my weights today, so must be getting a bit stronger.

    Still no sugar, but food today not what you would call 'healthy' :o OH made homemade potato cakes and have just eaten four - with cheese :eek:

    + 3 Veg to add to the challenge today.
