    Good morning :)

Thanks for checking Fred. Can you record an hour of walking for yesterday please.

    Yesterday I had:

:A - apple, fresh tomato, tinned tomato, onions, peppers = 5

    - wine x 2, salted peanuts = 3

The sun is out again this morning, so we're going to get out in the fresh air again.

    Have a great weekend.

    LL :)

    Evening all,

I'd like to join the 2lb per week challenge if possible?

I'm hoping that having a sense of accountability (by having to post on here) will keep me focused and motivated!

I won't have a figure for this Wednesday as I'm only just getting started but will be posting a loss (I'm determined!) for next weeks chart.

Bit of background info (by way of introduction)... I am from Scotland but live in Okinawa. I'm taking a year career break to look after my son (who is 16 months). When he was 3-12 months my husband was a stay at home dad (as I was working FT) and now I finally realise how hard it must have been for him!

Welcome Pinklipgloss. I think you mean the 5lb a month challenge? Fredsnail kindly keeps track of it all for us, I am sure she will be along soon to explain how to get started.

Not a good day for me. Had family around for Sunday lunch and gave in to temptation and had a sweet and a biscuit.

    So - 2 sugar

    + 3 Fruit
    + 3 Veg

A better day today :) Just back from 1 hour Body Attack. First time I have tried this - it was so fast. Did all of the low impact options because I don't think my poor knees could have taken all of those jumps. Quite enjoyed it, but not sure it will become one of my 'regulars'.

    Foodwise -

    + 4 Veg
    + 3 Fruit

    Hello everybody,

I didn't really find a new approach to get back on track. However, my gardening time for the Chicago trip is another one hour twenty six minutes. The time spent has been largely bitty. Furthermore, my usual exercise activities seem to have declined along with my "fighting spirit".

    Nevertheless, -2lbs since last Wednesday.

    Good luck all.
