Fred: I am 4 naughty things, and 2 fruit! As of yesterday.
Today though its -1 chips -1 for the ham and cheese melt. +1 for a salad, +1 for a plum.
So i'm on 6 naughty things and 3 good.
I'm back at my other home now so i did a little shopping and have bought some healthier things to eat0 -

Beanie, I tried yoga recently and was surprised how strenuous I found it, even though I had chosen what the gym called it's 'Sunday relaxing yoga' session!
Another day of 'zero' sugar, although I have discovered it is hidden (as glucose) in bacon and ham, which I have decided not to count
Other food today: Fruit + 3, Veg + 3
