Well done on SOTW Fred :T

Still managing to refuse sugar and all things sweet :) Cravings seem to be easing off a bit so hopefully it will get easier?

Goodies for today and yesterday -

    Fruit - + 6

    Veg - + 5

    Go Vix
I need to get back on the exercise trail.
Walking is out & gym too expensive.
    Bit stumped to be honest.

Beanie, I tried yoga recently and was surprised how strenuous I found it, even though I had chosen what the gym called it's 'Sunday relaxing yoga' session!

Another day of 'zero' sugar, although I have discovered it is hidden (as glucose) in bacon and ham, which I have decided not to count ;)

    Other food today: Fruit + 3, Veg + 3

    30 min swim tonight.
