Hi all
Well done to both Slimmers of the Week! :T
Thanks as always for the chart Fred, and for thinking up new challenges for us each month. Please put me down for everything going.
Can I clarify something on the bad foods list - are we choosing which foods we want to leave out?
LL
edit to add: oops, forgot to pick a team - I'd like to be USA please.Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
Yes LL - because some people will have different issues with some foods and not others, so everyone can pick what they want.0

Hi fredsnail, thanks for the charts, "congrats" and ideas for next time.0

Morning all
Thanks for the clarification Fred, I've already given up cheese and chocolate, so I'd like to count points for alchohol, sweets and puddings.
My sugar intake is quite minimal - I don't add sugar to anything and have even stopped adding honey to my porridge, but I occasionally eat liquorice allsorts (for medicinal purposes
) and sometimes have an individual lemon cheesecake for dessert.
I think I eat a lot of fruit and veg so it will be interesting to count them everyday and compare my score with others. I had banana and prunes with my porridge today, so I'm already on 2.
Have a good day, and a good weekend.
LL

Fred, this is probably me being a bit daft, but i'm not quite following the food challenge!! If i ate two chocolate bars and one banana would i be on -1 for the day?
I'm flying to chicago in a few weeks so its a shame i don't do any exercise to partake in the challenge!0 -
45 min spinning to add to the Moon Challenge please Fred. Not got anything planned for tomorrow so think that is the end for Sept. Think I only managed 1 trip to the moon instead of 2 (over ambitious
), but pleased with how things are going. Definitely feeling fitter

No - you'd log -1 on the chocolate challenge for that day, and +1 on the fruit challenge for that day. I won't be combining them to a 0 as each food is logged seperately.0 -
