A 1lb gain for me this week please Fred and another 1 and a half hours exercise to add to the moon challenge.

It seems like quite a few of us are struggling with our weight loss at the minute
:( So frustrated with it all that I am even going to try spinning class tonight - wish me luck :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry Fred, can't really think of an exercise challenge for Oct, but on a personal note I do prefer 'time challenges'.

Maybe we should add in a food related challenge to give us all a kick start? I have been trying not to eat any added sugar (fell off the wagon twice, but have definitely eaten less) Maybe we could all chose something that we struggle with and swear off it for a month? Anyone interested??

  • 67.5 kg today. That's - 0.1 kg from last week.

I seem to be stuck around that point. It's just over 10 1/2 stone, a little under 10 3/4 stone.

I think a food challenge would be fab idea if we can think of what!

I'm trying to be good, but all of this time i'm spending in the house with my mum cooking isn't doing me any favours!

    Thanks Fred,

Could you put me down for the 5lb challenge this month, also will join Team Europe and attempt 2 trips to Chicago (16 hours 30 mins)

For the food challenge I am going to concentrate on giving up added sugar or sugar substitutes such as honey, syrup, etc. So in effect this will mean no processed food, chocolate, cake, biscuits, cereal, etc, etc. I think the thing I will find the most difficult is giving up the honey I have with fruit and yogurt most days - yum!!

I will also try to eat more fruit and veg, so you add me to both of those please Fred.
