    Hi all

Fred - 1lb off for me and 1 hour of pilates please.

Margaretclare - I wish I could find an aquarobics class near me - it's just amazing how much more you can do in water than on dry land and it gives you such a feeling of wellbeing, it's amazing.

    Catch you later.

"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets so love the people who treat you right and forget the ones that don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."

Apologies for the text only but this site is playing up for me tonight - will make it pretty tomorrow!

Thanks for the chart Fred :)

Oh dear, my exercise this month is a bit pathetic. It feels like I am doing quite a bit, but when you see it in black and white it isn't much. Think maybe two trips to the moon was a bit ambitious :o

Hi everyone, I'd like to join in please, I'm feeling pretty down today, I work various shifts in a fast food place, I eat for free on shift & at discount when I'm not, my diet pretty much consists of junk food as I'm such a fussy eater, don't like pasta, much meat, fish or spicy food. I cook for my family, I just don't eat what they're eating, I usually eat on my own and have a drink with them while they have theirs. My idea of exercise is a bit housework or walking round the shops. I feel like I've never got the time or the energy for what I'd call real exercise.
Had to get measured for a new work uniform size 24/26 Argh, got weighed this morning 13 st 9 lb. I know I've got to lose weight for my health, I'd like to have a smaller dress size and more choice of what to wear rather than buying what's in my size. But I do feel ok in myself, kind of thinking why conform to what someone, somewhere along the line deemed to be acceptable.
So anyway the upshot is today I'm feeling down about it, I'm going to do something about it, I'm on a tight budget, I can't afford to join a slimming club or a gym but I've found myself here, nice to 'meet' everyone. I'm a northerner too by the way.;)
