Another 1 hour Bodypump for me today.
Have made a pledge to myself to not eat any added sugar for at least a month. So far have lasted 2 whole days. Have managed to refuse cake in work and not had my usual daily treat of fruit, yogurt and honey. Hoping that by the end of the month the cravings will have eased off.

Morning all
An annoying 3lb gain for me this week - not sure why, I didn't think I'd gone overboard at the weekend. Why is it that it takes loads of effort and going without to average 1lb a week, yet I can gain 3lb without any effort whatsoever?
Now I know what my work commitments are I can plan some regular exercise and I'm starting with an hour of Pilates this morning (Fred can you include it in advance please).
Not sure about the new job - I thrive on being busy and work best when I'm under pressure, but I'm having to look for things to do and I'm bored already.
Sorry, reading this back it sounds like a moan, but it reflects how I'm feeling at the moment. I think I need a holiday!
Good luck to everyone still to weigh in.

Thanks for the "good luck" Lois Lane.

- 2lbs over the last week.
Thanks for your last message to me. For the moon challenge, I started yesterday. The hours so far are currently 2 hours and 23 minutes. For a change, I am only including my exercise bike hours combined with decluttering computer favorites (at the same time). Hope the ideas okay.
Thanks.0 -
1 lb gain this week. Ive had a close family wedding but was expecting a gain. Still draw a nice line under it and refocus, tomorrow is another day.
Focus now is another wedding come October so lets see what I can do til then.

Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Dannie
Well done to all our losers and stsers this week and commiserations to our gainers. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and you can make the changes.
Here's this weeks chart for the Rocket to the Moon challenge:
Well done to everyone taking part.
Here's this weeks chart for the North v Absent South team.
Sadly we (the North team) seem to be gaining weight not losing - but at least we're trying unlike the Absent Southerners.

As I probably mentioned before, I am on the 5:2 fasting diet, and it's going pretty well (6lbs in 3 weeks). Problem is, I'm getting into a rut. I've been sticking to Weightwatchers meals, because it gives me the calories per meal, on the box. I recently bought a bag of mixed salad from Heron foods, but although it gives me the contents of the packet (one of which is endives, which I've never had before), there is no nutritional information. I'm not vegetarian, but do enjoy a good salad. How do you know, when making up your own salad, how many calories are going into it? I'm not fussy with salads, I love most things, radishes, celery etc. I drawn the line at olives though.0

Robm1955 I just use food focus to calculate the calories in my basic salad, then save it using the 'create meal' facility. I then just add any extra bits I add to my salads as and when I eat them.
Fred - 45 min Step for me today.0
