Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Durham_mim.
Well done to our losers and STSers and there were no gainers this week. :j:j
Congrats to Beanie and Frodo who've achieved the 5lb challenge this month. If you wish to join in next months 5lb challenge please post below.
Here's this months team challenge chart:
Congrats to the blue team who've won this month.
Next months challenge is North v South - you can be honorary members of either team if you wish. If you want to join in please post below.
Here's the latest chart for the medal exercise challenge:
I'll post the final chart next week and will keep logging exercise posted until Friday.
Next months challenge will be a rocket trip to the Moon. A rocket takes 13 hours to travel to the moon (source http://www.woodlands-junior.kent.sch.uk/time/moon/facts.htm) so this month the exercise challenge is to do 13 hours exercise to the moon (or part way if you only want to do a shorter time, or you can just log the exercise you do and see how far you get to the moon or you can do more than 1 trip).
If you wish to sign up to this challenge please post below.

Morning all
Well done durham_mim for SOTW and well done to the Blue team. :T
Thanks for the chart Fred, I'm an honorary northerner so I'd like to be in the North team please, and put me down for all challenges for next month. Also, can you record 8 hours of decorating for me as well please.
I'm not sure I understand Will Smith's quote! I'm probably not putting emphasis on the right word/s *shrugs*.
Good luck to everyone for September.

The Will Smith quote I thought it meant that you had to believe in whatever first step before others would believe it.
Although I could have got that wrong0 -
I think this forum is great, and I am getting a lot of tips from here. I tried calorie counting, but I find it stressful. I am currently doing the 5:2 fasting, which was on the BBC Horizon program. I still have to count calories for 2 days a week, but only to make sure I am below 600. In the past few weeks, I have lost 4lb. What I can't seem to find, is a decent site, that will tell me what my recommended weight should be for my age/height. Everyone I've clicked on to up to now, tells me my ideal BMI, but not what weight I should be aiming for. Hope someone can help.0

Fred can you add 1 hour Bodypump and 4 mile walk to finish off the August Challenge.
Can you add me to the exercise challenge for next month - think I will aim for 2 trips to the moon.
I have decided to give the 5lb and team challenge a miss this month.0 -
Hi Fred, thanks for the charts. Please could you put me down for the North Team please.
Weight this week is: + 1lb
Exercise:
Callanetics: 2.5 hours
