Hello all, im currently 10lbs in to my weight loss journey (Id like to lose 2st more) I am really unfit with dog walking being my only exercise til recently.
I am now doing 2x 20 mins on treadmill per day at 6.5 mph. If I even run a bit im too knackered to go back to walking....however someone told me if I run before each meal it will boost my metabolism to burn what I'm about to eat.
Does anyone know if this is worth doing, esp as I can only run for like 3 mins? (obv I.ll still do my 2 walks too but at other times ) Is this enough to at least help a tiny bit?

Thanks in advance, any metabolism boosting tips gratefully received, as im in a good headspace re my food intake, but need help in other areas lol

Wow, that's brilliant, well done FabuLass :T

Keep up the good work, sorry, great work! :j

3 mile walk for me yesterday please Fred.

Not been up to much today. gym shut for the BH and weather awful. Think I need to get myself some better waterproof clothing so I can't use the weather as an excuse ;)

I got a shiny new star on the WW website this morning - total weight loss 2.5 stone, another 1lb loss.

Good luck everyone for your weigh-ins this week. I'm off to do some wallpapering.

Another STS for me this week Fred. I am thinking of not entering any of the weight challenges next month. I keep 'failing' and it is making me feel a bit fed up. So will probably just focus on the exercise for a while as this seems to be going well at the minute.

45 min Step class last night. It is years since I did step. Have to say I really enjoyed it, although not sure my 'dodgy' knee did :)

Jess you can always just log the exercise you do and see where you end up?
