Thank you for the birthday messages! I had the best birthday ever on holiday in Devon. My boyfriend made a great effort and spoilt me! I hope you can see this, but he painted my portrait as my birthday present:
It feels crazy to be 26!!
Thanks for the birthday messages!
Congratulations lois! Enjoy all of the snuggles without the pooping!!
I have an operation tomorrow, my third one so i'm hoping for third time lucky and this will be the end of my hospital visits. You'll probably see a bit more of me, this place is really quiet lately, where has everyone gone?0 -
Hope all goes well tomorrow Vixi.
Take care xxx

You probably need an oldie to come back an liven things up! What's that phrase?.... Be careful what you wish for!
I'm back on the wagon again, after a summer of indulgence, and nipping the weight gain I've had in the bud, before it's all gone back on.
Fred, can you zero me please?
I'm back on the SW plan, and registered online on Monday, so it's official too! It's the easiest healthy eating plan to fit in around the family, and I know it can work.
I've tried to keep up with you all by reading most days, but just didn't feel it suitable to contribute whilst stuffing my face! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Hello everybody,
The results over the last week:-
Stayed the same weight.
Moon challenge - 3hours and 45 minutes more to record please fredsnail.
For the above challenge, I've just included my indoor biking and decluttering computer bookmarks at the same time. Pleased to delete 113!
I've also done other indoor/outdoor biking and a small amount of walking and gardening. Getting behind with the garden so this will be a big task in the near future. Hope the weather does not spoil exercise ideas.

I've lost track with much of this. I weigh 67.6 kg today.
My main concern is not putting it all back on, but I doubt whether I'll ever get much below 10 1/2 stones again. I don't have the energy any more to be as active as I'd need to be.
DH and I eat very healthily. This morning, for example, we had a boiled egg, a slice of our locally-baked GI bread, a scrape of butter and a scrape of Tiptree marmalade. If we have a snack in the evenings, we share an apple.
I think I've lost quite a lot of muscle and this, of course, makes calorie-burning much more difficult. Would love to go out and do 'boot camp' in the woods nearby but 5 minutes would finish me off. Can't go to aqua-aerobics this week and next because LA Fitness is having its showers and changing areas completely upgraded. I can jump around in the pool for an hour but a few minutes of similar in the gym would just be impossible.

Good luck with the op Vix - hope all goes well.
STS for me this week.
Another 1 hour Bodypump last night. Really enjoying this, but not sure whether it is really doing anything 'weight wise'. Think I need to add in more cardio?
Good luck with the weight loss this week everyone0
