    1hour Bodypump for me today please Fred.

    Today I have had the will power to turn down a piece of cake and gave away a box of chocolates given to me. Not like me at all ;)

    Not done as well with the fruit and veg though, today's totals are -

    Fruit + 2
    Veg + 1


    Feel like I have lost weight this week - let's hope the scales agree in the morning.

    hi guys, after a naughty weekend I have lost 0.5lbs this week making a total of 15lbs lost now.

    Hello all,

    STS this week fredsnail.

    Please could I also do the 8.5 hour exercise challenge. This month so far is one hour and twenty four minutes. I'm just recording gardening hours but will be doing my other usual exercise. Thanks.

    Vix - get yourself a fruit bowl and fill it with a variety of fruits that you like, then anytime you feel the urge for chocolate, eat fruit instead. It's a healthy way to have a sweet treat.

    So far today I've had:

    :A - apple, banana, leek, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, olives = +7

    OH and I have also scoffed the contents of this week's graze box, which included dried apple, pineapple, blackcurrant, strawberry, and mango - not sure how to count it, or whether to count it, it's so nice it feels really naughty!

    No naughties yet, but I'm looking forward to a glass of wine.
