    Hi all

Well, the holidays over and now I'm counting the cost in more ways than one!

Fred - I'm not sure of the damage, however my total weight loss is back to 31lbs. :o I think I'm going to draw a veil over this month and start again on 1st November!

Hi fredsnail, please put me on the chart as STS for yesterday. Must have missed this from my previous post. Thanks.

Thanks for the charts Fred, as usual a great job:beer: Well done to SOTW Durham-mim and Froddobaggins :T:T:T

Still feeling ill and 'comfort eating'. Visited DD yesterday and managed to eat cake, biscuits an ice cream. Estimating a - 8 sugar  At this rate I will end the month with 'minus points'

    Just + 2 fruit
    + 1 veg

Interesting that as the junk food increases the fruit and veg goes down :o

30 min walk but have not managed any classes as still feeling 'achy'.

Off to see Dirty Dancing this afternoon. Hopefully dancing in the isles will see off a few of those pesky calories.

fredsnail, that's okay, thanks for adding me on and the charts generally.

Still the usual biking and my motivation for gardening is much improved.

Just 30 min walking the dog over the last few days, but beginning to feel better so determined to get back to the gym tomorrow.

Having given up bread and cereal for almost a year now, I think that my body is beginning to react badly to wheat. After my few days of eating junk I had a really bad stomach which I am convinced was at least partly due to the amount of wheat I had eaten.

So over the last few days have tried a few alternatives - cauliflower rice (nice, but more like couscous really), cauliflower pizza base (nothing like pizza, but tasty anyway) and tonight roasted butternut squash with my evening meal instead of pasta.

Veg + 7 and Fruit + 4 to add to the challenge please Fred.

Back to the gym after almost a week - 45 min please Fred.

    + 3 Veg
    + 3 Fruit
    (with honey - so - 1 sugar)

Very quiet on here this week, hope everyone is doing OK :)
