Missed Bodypump tonight as held up in work. 1 hour in the gym instead doing some cardio and weights.
Feel like I have had good week, so I have everything crossed for a weight loss when I have my weekly weigh in tomorrow morning.
I have been reading 'The Skinny Rules' by the Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper. Not sure whether I could stick to all of his rules, ('Go to bed hungry!!') Some of the rules are things I am already trying to achieve, ('No added sweeteners', 'Slash intake of refined flours and grains')
Think I am going to try to add a few more rules over the next few months to improve my diet ('Get rid of those white potatoes' and 'Eat apples and berries everyday')
Not sure whether I would go out and buy it, but definitely worth a read if you can find it in the library like I did.0 -
A disappointing STS for me this week.
Just off to the gym, so will you also add 1 hour spin to the challenge please Fred.
Cheers

Still trying lower carb / GI alternatives. Last night made rissoto with barley instead of rice - www.wholegrainscouncil.org/whole-grains-101/health-benefits-of-barley
Very nice, would even say I prefer it - a keeper
