Congrats to our SoTW Catalogue Queen.

Well done to all our losers and STSers and we have no gainers this week :j:j:j:j

Special well done to Beanie who has achieved the 5lb loss challenge this month - if you'd like to take part in next months 5lb challenge please post below.

Here's the final chart for our exercise chart for this month - our romantic trip to Paris. Well done to everyone taking part - as a collective we all logged enough exercise to get to Paris - hopefully some of us found romance too with today being leap day :rotfl:

Next month it is the World Indoor Championships. There is a men's 5000m walk which is 3.11 miles or 5 km. Our exercise challenge next month is to do as many 5000m as possible - I will accept walking, jogging, running, swimming etc and if anyone does exercise classes let me know what you've done and how long for and I'll convert into a distance for you so that they count too.

To take part in next months exercise challenge post below and let me know.

Here's the final chart for this months team challenge - congratulations to the George Clooney team who have won this week and the overall challenge.

The teams for next months team challenge to celebrate St Patricks and St David's days will be (with huge apologies for the stereotypes):

    Leprechauns
    Daffodils
    Shamrocks
    Dragons

Please let me know which team you'd like to join by posting below.

Thanks for the chart Fred. My apologies to the Gary Oldman team for my miserable performance this month. I have somehow managed to gain a pound on the 5lb challenge :o

Onwards and upwards - (downwards weightwise hopefully)

Can you put me down for the 5lb challenge and the Dragons Team. I think I will aim for 8 x 5K.

    Thanks again,

    Jess

    Thanks Fred!

I'll join the Dragon team please (Norwegian Ridgeback since you ask) and I'm going to aim for 10 x 5000km through walking, Zumba and exercise bike!

    If I lose 5lb this month it'll be a miracle, but I'll give it a go ;)

    Hi all

Thanks Fred, well done Beanie for achieving the monthly challenge and congratulations to the George Clooney team. :T

I'd like to join the Daffodils this month please Fred and count me in for the challenges. I AM going to lose 5lb this month. (I did last month, just not by Monday when I weighed in - oh well.)

Feeling a bit better today, so I'm going to do some linedancing this afternoon, although maybe only an hour.

Beanie - sorry for your loss ((hugs)).

Beanielou - sorry to hear of your loss.

As my DH is Irish I'll join either the leprechauns or the shamrocks please Fredsnail.

I'll also go for the 5lb challenge and will try for 5 x the challenge and see how it goes.

I've made a start today with a 1km swim and a 2km walk so 3 km so far.
