Hi,
couldn't sleep and since I have recently become addicted to this site i logged on to do some reading and found your thread.
It has taken me 2 and a half hours to read the entire thing as I had to keep going...........I just want to say well done with everything! you have managed so well and still kept your sense of humour and not descended into nasty name calling of the ex or using the kids to get at him(like you hear stories of some people doing) I'm pretty sure if i was in your situation and reading some of the things your ex was doing/saying i could not have kept my cool.
That and how you have managed the money situation is brilliant. Your sons can be very proud they have such a good mum.And you should be really proud of yourself. :A
Glad to hear things are starting to get sorted now. :beer:13 projects in 2013 0/130 -
*** girlie post alert *****
meant to say - have run out of my usual moisturiser , cleanser etc. As I have v sensitive skin I have to be really careful what I use. I went to buy it today - total cost of about £38 .... But when I stopped & thought - I realised I have been managing fine this month - have been using baby lotion as cleanser , water as toner , & e45 cream as moisturiser and my skin is looking lovely .... A very good MSE result
Here's a thought.
If all this expensive skin care stuff worked the world would be full of old ladies who didn't look like, well...... old ladies, but it isn't.
I was only joking....:o
You all look lovely
I think I'll stop digging now
Right, I'm off to find my body armour and to buy a ticket to somewhere very far away. One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0 -
If you know which brands suit you keep looking On eBay - I managed to get all my posh stuff for a fraction of the price off there xSealed pot challenge 822

Thanks Mr Toad ......
You were warned not to start digging "girlie post" lol
Thanks for that - I think in this case it's more that I don't need the expensive stuff rather than buying it cheaper. Though time will tell - I may yet change my mind !
Reformed - thanks for your post , though I am sorry if I caused you to lose any sleepIt's been tough going (and sometimes it's been through gritted teeth
) but am getting there slowly !

I am not one to count my chickens but .... I rang sec legal dept earlier - just to check how things are going, the girl was lovely & said " the legal action has been withdrawn & we are just waiting on them to shuffle the paperwork now " it should all be sorted by end of next week .... :j
PhewI won't say anymore till it's all done but it's looking good !!
In other news , meals as plan (the level of eating from growing boys has slowed down a bit) and I WILL sort online shop for the weekend.
My bonus is going to be quite decent & I had a letter from management to say I am amazing ..... (well that's how I read if anyway) all in all a good day !
Have done s couple of surveys, 2 loads washing & started my shopping list. Also started my list for Christmas & for house , lots to do before it's ready to sell.
Hope everyone is well.

Hi Coco - Just a quick little note to say - Have just been catching up on your journey, and as I have said before - Truly Inspiring - your approach to life and the challenges that you are given ( well thrown) and how you handle these is just great.
I have laughed with you, cried with you, got angry for you. If anybody reading this cannot be inspired by your diary then they clearly are not really paying attention..:D
Anyway enough rambling - will catch up soon, but just popping over to say hello - keep up the great work! Oh and congratulations on your PPi result and your bonus - very well deserved.
