Hi Coco, happy easter!
Oh, the horoscopes - about 6 years ago I went through a phase of looking at loads but I've settled with Jonathan Cainer (who writes for the daily mail). As I've stopped buying a paper since MSE'ing, I look on his website and read for free! I just love the cryptic way he writes and I can always interpret it to be accurate!
Great news about S1 getting a job, my son is desperate to be out earning money but still only 14 - I did direct him towards the news of the boy who earned millions selling an app but so far no sight of the next big thing coming from our living room! :rotfl:
Take care

So I changed my mind and went to A*di this morning !
Staff were friendly , it was really quietI spent £34.00 and got everything basic I needed. A whole stuffed chicken for 3.99 , 6. Chicken breast for 4.00 , milk , ham , bacon , yoghurts , veg , cold drinks , pasta , biscuits , household bits, Swiss style muesli (my fav!) baguettes, chewing gum ...... Was very happy with that
Then popped across to Sainsb and spent £11 (I had £3 off voucher ) and got bits we like. 2 packs fav sausages, 2 packs gravy mix, some pât!, sweets, feminine bits , tv mag& 3 boxes of my fav t bags :T
All chicken , sausages and half veg have gone in the freezer and I reckon there is plenty for the week - all for about £45 !!!! Even adding the £4 petrol in (as not at work today so wasn't going past) And allowing £10 for bits I might have missed, I think I saved at least £20very pleased with that !
Next week I can go on my way home from work on Friday so no extra petrol.
Going to do all my jobs today and make a roast tonight so I have a head start on the weekend.
A quick cuppa, flick through tv mag and get on.
Oh also A*ldi included my bottle of weekend wine @3.99 xThe final chapter - £4893 to go out of £30K0 -

Sounds like you got a good haul for your £s. I like the fact that it included your weekly treat of wine too.
Hope all is well with you.

Hi coco,
glad you had a good Ald! experience. Even their own brand stuff is pretty good, I like their basics weetabix. Also, no sure if you're a red drinker but they do a tempranillo at 3.59 a bottle that's won awards and is really drinkable. Will try to remember the name.Mortgage Outstanding Nov '16 £142,772.75Mortgage Additional OPs 2017 Target £4522.80/ Actual £865.00GC Feb 0/£2000 -
