    Don't forget the 25p ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    LDK - easily ignored.

Roxborg - well, they have to do something whilst they're twiddling their thumbs for a bit having had their DVLA access chopped off. I just wish I'd put a few quid on the total demanded in PoolsDriver's letter being £207.

@ Coupon-mad - Don't forget that "Steve" from Roxborg is also a Seagulls fan.

I haven't forgotten! I only know what he looked like 20 years ago but I keep looking for him on the train when there's a home game. I would laugh in his face! :rotfl:

  • can i just add my experience with LDK. in early 2010 i received 2 parking tickets within 8 weeks of each other. i was advised not to pay and to ignore any future letters i received from them. i did not receive anything regarding the first fine but did get letters regarding the second. first i got a letter telling me that because i didnt pay in time the fine was noe £200 and something (i forget the axact amount) i ignored. i then received a letter from a graham white solicitor, again i ignored. then i got letters with big red writing threatening court, again i ignored. it has now been over a year since i heard anything and i am happy to say should i have any more parking fines from this company i shall once again ignore :)

Many thanks for coming on here and adding your confirmation first hand, that nothing happens if you ignore a private parking ticket.

  • 20/11/12 LDK are still at it in University hospital Durham.

Having parked & displayed with my Blue badge clearly visable and having tried in vain to find a defined disabled bay in a very muddy and very dark car park at 7.02 pm ,and having no £1 coins. I went to the Wrvs in the hospital to get some change . a longish walk from this parking spot. I got back to my car and found at around 7.13pm that I had been issued with one of these parking charges timed at 7.09 pm.I can only assume that the Warden was hovering around somewhere when I went to get the change, for this to have been issued so quickly . They are trying to tell me I owe £90 .I think I will take the advice from all of you experts out there and ignore the con:money:
